Vienna glove-sales-lady Christl falls in love to Czar Alexander. Metternich tries to use this to keep him out of the conferences of the Vienna Congress from 1815.
"Cinderella"-like story has beautiful austrian glove seller Christel (Harvey) falling in love with russian czar Alexander I. (Fritsch) during Congress of Vienna in 1815. When they meet first time, she throws a bunch of flowers at his head and is immediatly arrested. Judge sentences her to "25 strokes on the bare bottom with a 11 mm cane". You see nothing of the nudity, and the punishment eventually is aborted before it really begins by Alexander I. himself, but nevertheless this is a quite tight spanking scene..
TRADUCCION
