In this comedy, Dunn plays a seaman who falls for Eilers but can't marry her because of his contract with the service. When duty calls and he sets sail, he tries to keep in contact and mistakenly believes that she's seeing a gangster. He calls in his shipmates to help get her back, resulting in an all-out brawl between the Men in White and the Mob. Notable only as an early talkie from Walsh.
James Dunn takes Sally Eilers to a hotel for the night, for some hanky panky, which turn more into hanky-spanky! The sailor, not used to fancy surroundings, is impressed by the room, but not her attitude. She's somewhat shy, which is not what he's chasing the night for. She decides to leave, so he instead decides to leave himself, after putting her over his knees for 8 spanks to the seat of her skirt.
